What are DTF prints?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your full-color digital design is printed onto a specialized PET film, coated with TPU hot-melt adhesive powder, and cured under precise heat. You simply place the film on fabric, press with heat, and peel to reveal a vibrant, soft-feel graphic.
What heat press temperature and time should I use?
We recommend heat pressing at 310°F (155°C) with medium-to-firm pressure for 12 to 15 seconds. Allow the transfer to cool slightly (warm/cold peel), peel smoothly in one motion, and finish with a 5-second post-press using parchment paper for ultra-soft hand feel.
What is the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
DTF is made for garments and textiles (cotton, polyester, blends, canvas) and requires a heat press to melt the powder adhesive into fabric fibers.

UV DTF is a cold-transfer sticker decal for hard surfaces (glass, mugs, tumblers, metal, plastic, wood). No heat press is required; simply peel the backing, rub onto the item, and peel away the carrier film.
Can I order single transfers or small quantities?
Yes! NPS has no minimum order quantity. You can order a single 12"x12" sample or hundreds of meters of master gangsheets. We offer aggressive wholesale tier discounts for bulk orders.
What file formats and resolutions work best?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. We also accept vector files in SVG, PDF, or Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) with all fonts outlined and color profile in CMYK or RGB.
